About me: I'm an easygoing man, with a quick smile, a quick wit, and a zest for life. I have a quirky sense of humor,I am a very fun loving. I work hard, but I can play hard too. I am self employed and financially and emotionally secure. I have been told by my friends that I am attractive, witty, fun to be with, well, you get the idea. I like to cook, grill out and dine out. I'm a true easy going hopeful romantic that can't wait for that special lady to pamper. At this point in my life I do not need a lady, but I want one to share lifes experiences with. I want someone to compliment me and not complete or complicate me. I am not a player and not looking for one. I am looking for an attractive lady that is emotionally and financially stable. No, I don't mean a rich lady (although thats ok), but just one that has a job and is not living in the back of a van. I am a very honest person and expect the same. My condo at the beach is my favorite getaway. I also enjoy my boat, golf, outdoor festivals, concerts, dancing, plays, movies, theater, a good glass of wine. I don't fish, hunt, or camp, unless the camping is in a motor home. I am comfortable dressed up or down, so dinner at the White House or hamburger cookouts are not a problem. I do own my own tux and I know which fork to use. I am very positive, as I view my glass as 3/4 full. I am just looking for the other 25% to make my life as near perfect as possible. I give 100% in a relationship and am very affectionate. Family and friends are extremely important to me and I love animals, especially dogs. I have many interests and would love for someone to introduce me to new ones. However, I am not open to jumping out of perfectly good airplanes or alligator wrestling. But I also believe that if you don't live life on the edge occasionally, you'll never have a good view. I no longer run with scissors, but hey...I've torn the labels off my mattress and pillows!! Its ok to have a little baggage, just no luggage. People never throw luggage away. My cd cases have everything from Andrea Bocelli to ZZ Top, so, with me you will always have something to listen to, but I do believe that rap music is an oxymoron. I can have fun with anything, or nothing at all. But pleeese don't ask me to go to a ballet. I just don't get it. Everything else is fair game. I do think a good first date would be sitting on my garage and throwing water balloons at my neighbors. My Dad was my hero, best friend, and biggest cheerleader. I think I got my personality and work ethic from him. I'm not God's gift to women, but I will be to one lady. I am a very positive, happy, and fun person. I don't think life is a conspiracy..Humpty Dumpty wasn't pushed. Elvis and JFK are still very dead, although I did spot Santa Clause and Jerry Garcia at the Dairy Queen. The rumors of my involvement with inside trading are mostly unfounded. I will take you to dinner, but I'll never take you for granted. I don't have a tattoo or harley and my midlife crisis has been taken care of .I like giving back to the community and am a key part for a couple of charity fundraisers. I believe we don't quit playing because we get old, we grow old because we quit playing. Growing older is mandantory, growing up is optional. Well, if you are still reading, you must think I sound like a Golden Retriever or at least a boy scout.. but I am real. If I've given all the right answers, I guess I'm ready for the lightning round. I'm an open book, so ask away. Life might not be the party we planned on, but while we're here we might as well dance. And one of my favorites....If life has given you lemons, make lemonade.
